This year, our organization is participating in Giving Tuesday! What is it you may ask? It’s a day celebrated in over 150 countries in the world, where citizens are asked to give a gift of time or money to a charitable cause that is meaningful to them.
This year will mark the 9th year that Canada is participating in Giving Tuesday and we are very excited to be a part!
Our ambitious goal this year is to raise $10,000 to support children who are deaf and hard-0f-hearing and their families. Over the past 18 months, we have worked hard to find new ways of delivering the same level of programs and services without being able to get together in person. As we begin to resume some programs and in-person services, there remains a need to be flexible and safe. Your gift will go directly to helping us as we work with our families and their deaf/hard-of-hearing children, – providing life changing services.
