What you need to know:
WHAT DIFFERENT WAYS CAN WE PARTICIPATE?
- You can register to walk and join us at one of the events.
- You can also create your own fundraising page and invite your family & friends to donate.
- You can make a donation if you don’t wish to participate in the walk or fundraising.
- Share the walk information with your friends & family and invite them to join!
HOW DO WE SETUP OUR OWN DONATION PAGE? Same spot as registration! Once you get to the registration page, just click on the “Create your own donation page” beside the Walk logo.
WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING OTHER THAN JUST WALKING?
- 10:00am: Arrival & registration
- 10:30am: Welcome & warm-up
- 10:45am: Time to walk!
- 11:15am: Lunch, activities & playtime for kids
- ASL interpreters will be present at both events
WE LIVE ELSEWHERE AND CAN’T ATTEND EITHER OF THE IN-PERSON WALKS – CAN WE STILL PARTICIPATE? Absolutely! If you want to walk in your community on the same weekend you can create your own walkathon!
