It's not important HOW you communicate, it's simply that you DO!

Making a Planned Gift

Planning a gift to BCFHRS can be as simple as writing a cheque, naming BCFHRS in your will, donating an existing asset or creating an asset to donate.  It can also be a meaningful way to honour the life of a loved one. If you have experienced a loss and would like to consider a memorium gift, please contact us for a specialized plan.

Everyone has different family priorities and commitments. We can help you explore all possible opportunities to ensure your wishes can be fulfilled and your gift is tax effective. Your gift is a legacy, an expression of your own values, ambitions and dreams. You know why you are giving. We work with you to determine the best way to give to BCFHRS.

The following paragraph will offer a few options on how to maximize the donation to the charity while maximizing the benefit to you and your family.

Is your answer YES to any of these questions?

• Do you own a cabin or property which is not your principal residence?
• Do you have non-registered investments which have increased substantially?
• Are you in good health?
• Do you have RRSP or RRIF accounts?
• Do you have a will?

Answering YES to the previous questions is the first step in identifying how you might be able to give to your charity.
